MOSCOW & ST PETERSBURG · BY INVITATION

Meet one new person each week.

Every Monday our bot — on Telegram or MAX, whichever you use — introduces you to one person in your city worth knowing — matched on what you do, what you're after, and when you're actually free. Half an hour or half a day — that's up to the two of you. No app to install.

See how it works

Strictly professional — this is not a dating service. Invite-only, or join the waitlist. Your contact details stay private until you both say yes, and nobody is ever told they were turned down.

THE IDEA

Networking events optimise for volume. We optimise for one good conversation.

"You can hand out forty cards at a conference and leave with nobody. One coffee with the right person beats a room full of the wrong ones."
ONE TABLE · TWO SEATSYOURS

One person, not a room

Always 1:1. No name badges, no circulating, no pitch to an audience. Just two people and a table.

Matched, not browsed

No feed, no swiping, no profiles to scroll. You fill in what matters once; the matching runs on Sunday night and lands in your messenger on Monday. Nobody ever learns what the other person answered — an introduction that doesn't happen is just a week where the timing didn't work.

Level-aware

A first-time manager and a CFO want different conversations. You choose whether to meet peers or people further along — and the executive pool keeps senior matches senior.

FORMATS

Four ways to meet. None of them involve a lanyard.

Pick the formats you're open to during sign-up — we only match you with people who chose the same one. Nobody is timing you; these are starting points, not limits.

Coffee

The default. Somewhere between the two of you, usually before work or at lunch. Half an hour is enough to find out whether there's a second conversation worth having — plenty of people stay for two.

FROM 30 MIN1:1MOST POPULAR

Skill swap

You teach something, they teach something. Tell us what you can offer and what you want to learn, and we pair the two sides: an engineer who wants to present better sits down with a marketer who wants to read a dashboard. Business English for conversational Russian is the trade we see most.

FROM 45 MINBOTH DIRECTIONSNO MONEY CHANGES HANDS

Cowork

Bring the laptop. A few hours of parallel work in the same café — headphones on when you need them, talking when you don't. If you work from home, this is the easiest way to get out of the flat without losing a day's work.

A FEW HOURSLOW PRESSUREWEEKENDS TOO

Mentoring

One of you is further along on something specific. Say whether you want to give it, get it, or both — we match on the skill, not just the job title.

HOW IT WORKS

Sign up today, meet someone next week.

The form takes about six minutes. After that it runs on its own in Telegram or MAX until you tell it to stop — matching on Sunday night, an introduction on Monday, and the meeting whenever suits you both. Up to three introductions a week, and receiving one never costs anything.

02

Monday 09:00, one message

The bot sends a name, a role, one line about them, and why we matched you — no photo, no surname, no contact details. You have until Tuesday evening to answer. Nothing else that week.

EVERY MONDAY
03

Aligned, or not this week

Two buttons. Aligned spends a credit and, if they say yes too, the bot hands over full names, messenger handles and phone numbers, along with the times you're both free. If it doesn't go ahead, nothing is exchanged, your credit carries over and a fresh introduction arrives on Wednesday.

SAYING NO COSTS NOTHING
04

Show up

You two pick the time and place — we just tell you where your calendars overlap and which metro area sits between you. Half an hour, or the whole afternoon if it's going well. Next Monday it starts again.

1 CREDIT WHEN YOU SAY YES
Nothing about you is exchanged until you both say yes. The Monday introduction carries a first name, a role and a line about why you were matched — no surname, no photo, no phone, no handles. Those cross over only on a mutual yes, and then both of you get all of it: full names, messenger handles and numbers, so you can write wherever suits. If either of you says no, nothing moves at all and the other person is never told. Once contacts have been exchanged they can't be withdrawn, which is why /report reaches a person, not a queue.
Three introductions a week, at most. One on Monday. If you said Aligned and it didn't go ahead, a second arrives Wednesday with your credit carried over. And you can ask for one more at any point with /another. Suggestions are always free — a credit is only ever spent when you say yes.

WHO IT'S FOR

Mostly for people whose work has stopped putting them near other people.

Remote work solved the commute and quietly removed everything else. Being clear about who this isn't for is most of what keeps it good.

YOUR KITCHEN TABLESOMEONE ELSE'S

A good fit

  • People who work from home and haven't spoken to a colleague out loud in a week — bring the laptop and work next to someone instead
  • Freelancers and contractors whose entire network lives inside Telegram and Slack
  • People who've recently moved to Moscow or St Petersburg and have a good job but no professional circle
  • Founders and operators who want to compare notes with someone outside their own company
  • Directors and above who've run out of peers internally — the executive pool is built for exactly this

Probably not

  • Anyone looking for a date. This is strictly professional and we remove people who treat it otherwise.
  • Anyone whose only goal is pipeline. A match is a conversation, not a lead.
  • People who can't reliably show up to something they agreed to. Two no-shows and we pause your account.
  • Anyone who wants to choose their match from a list. We don't have one, on purpose.

PRICING

You only pay when you say yes.

Joining is free. Credits cost 100 ₽ and one is spent the moment you say yes to an introduction — if the other person doesn't say yes back, it carries to the next one. Which means nobody is ever matched with someone who wasn't willing to pay to be there.

Signing up costs nothing right now The prices below are how it will work once we launch. While we are assembling the first circle, registration is free, no card is needed, and nothing is charged without a separate confirmation from you.

ABOUT

I built this because I needed it.

I moved to a city where I knew nobody. I had a decent job and a decent flat, and after a few months I realised I hadn't made a single professional contact who wasn't already assigned to me by an org chart.

Working from home made it worse. There's no corridor, no lunch queue, no colleague from another team you end up talking to because you both got there early. Some weeks the only people I spoke to out loud were on video calls. The language didn't help either — networking events are hard enough in your own language, and the ones I did go to were a room of strangers all performing at each other. I'd leave with business cards and no relationships.

What I actually wanted was simple: one person, in my industry, at roughly my level, who was also up for a coffee. Not a room. Not an app full of profiles to judge. Someone who'd already said yes to the same thing I had.

The idea isn't original and I'm happy to say so — a service in London has been introducing strangers to each other for a while, and it works. What it doesn't do is take seniority or industry seriously, and that's the part that breaks down once a random coffee becomes a coin flip. So this is that idea, rebuilt for Moscow and Petersburg, matched on your level, your industry, your goal and your calendar, and delivered through Telegram or MAX, because that's where people actually read things.

We're new. The pool is small and growing by invitation, and I'd rather tell you that than invent numbers.
